Vegan Candy Cane Cookies

Simple, decadent, and made in just 20 minutes these Chewy Vegan Cookies with a Candy Cane Peppermint twist will quickly become your new go-to!

Method:

  • In a large mixing bowl stir the melted Coconut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Peppermint Extract.

  • Add the Gluten Free Oat Flour & Baking Powder.

  • Combine well to form a dough.

  • Add the crushed candy cane and combine.

  • Roll out the dough about ¼ Inch thick. (it works best to roll it between 2 wax papers, this way they do not stick)

  • Cut into circles with a cookie cutter or upside down mason jar.

  • Bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool off and add Vegan Cocowhip in the center of each cookie, you can place it with a spoon or add to a piping bag. Garnish with Crushed Candy and Enjoy! tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
