Indulge in these rich Chocolate Covered Einkorn Cookies, where crispy, wholesome einkorn goodness meets velvety dark chocolate. A perfect blend of texture and taste!

Ingredients:
2 ½ Cups Ancient Grain Einkorn Flour
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk of choice (can use almond milk for a dairy-free version)
½ Cup + 2 Tablespoons Organic Grade A Maple Syrup
½ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Dash of Celtic Sea Salt
16oz Chocolate Chips of choice for topping

Methods:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Gently fold in wet ingredients.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy.
Once the cookies are cooled off you can melt the chocolate and decorate to your liking.
