Fudgy Tahini Brownies

Rich, fudgy, and indulgent - these tahini brownies combine dark chocolate and creamy tahini for a decadent treat that's sure to satisfy any chocolate craving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Walnuts

  • 1 Cup Tahini

  • 2 Eggs or Flax Eggs

  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup

  • ½ Cup Cacao Powder

  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until smooth and well combined.

  • Mix in 3/4 Cup of the walnuts and combine.

  • Transfer the batter to a prepared baking dish.

  • If desired, drizzle additional tahini on top of the batter in a swirling pattern

  • Sprinkle the rest of the walnuts on top.

  • Place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes, or until cooked through.

  • Allow the brownies to cool in the dish for 1-2 hours before slicing and serving.
