Baked Cinnamon Apple Crumble

Tender apples baked in a sweet cinnamon filling, topped with a crunchy oat crumble. Delicious on its own or elevated with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream - either way, it's the ultimate comforting dessert!

Apple Filling Ingredients:
5 Apples (unpeeled and cut into cubes)
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
⅓ Cup Coconut Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Einkorn Flour
Pinch of Sea Salt

Topping Ingredients:
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Cup Einkorn Flour
1 Cup Coconut Sugar
½ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Method:
Wash the apples really well and cut into cubes.
Mix apple filling ingredients in a bowl and layer at the bottom of a round baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients and crumble over apples.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream, or enjoy as is!
