Gluten Free Maple Caramel Bread

My Maple Caramel Bread is a must-have for the winter and fall. This Maple Caramel Bread recipe makes a moist & luscious loaf of irresistible deliciousness that will be snatched up in an instant.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour

  • 1 Cup Oat flour

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 3 Tablespoons Califia Caramel Maple Creamer

  • 1/4 Cup Water or Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Optional Toppings: Vegan Yogurt, Vegan Caramels, Vegan Caramel Sauce

Method:

  • In a bowl, start by combining the dry ingredients well, mix until there are no leftover lumps of flour.

  • Add the wet ingredients, one at a time, and mix well.

  • Split the batter into two greased 6'' x 2.5'' Loaf Pans.

  • Bake at 350°F for 35 Minutes.

  • Remove from oven, let it cool off for several minutes

  • Add the yogurt topping on one loaf, layering the second loaf on top, add more topping, I finished mine off with a bit of Vegan Caramel Sauce. Enjoy! tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
