Creamy Cauliflower Soup

So smooth and creamy; this soup is not just simple but also 100% healthy and basically just pure liquid-joy in a bowl!


  • 1 Medium Cauliflower Head

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 1 Medium Onion

  • Oil for sautéing, use water sauté method for an oil free version

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

optional fried cauliflower florets for garnish


  • Clean and cut the cauliflower and onion into pieces. (everything will be blended so big pieces are okay; I cut the cauliflower into florets and the onion in half)

  • Place the Cauliflower, Onion, & Garlic in a soup pot and sauté on medium heat with Olive or Avocado oil for ten minutes; until the veggies are tender and translucent.

  • Add water and bring to a boil, lower the heat and let if cook for 30 minutes.

  • Once everything is soft and cooked through, transfer the veggies to a food processor, blend at a high speed constantly scraping down the sides, ensuring there are no clumps leftover.

  • For a more liquidy version you can add the water to the blender as well, I like mine super creamy.
