These mouthwatering oven roasted Cauliflower Steaks are the most perfect option for a hearty plant based entrée!

Ingredients:
1 Large Cauliflower Head
2 Tablespoons Olive or Avocado Oil
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Powder, to taste
Optional Toppings: Fresh Herbs, Pine Nuts, and/or Seeds of choice

Method:
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the Cauliflower head thoroughly, pat dry and cut into thick slices.
Place Cauliflower Steaks on to prepared baking sheet.
Brush Olive or Avocado Oil & Spices over each steak.
Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven until golden brown (usually around 20 minutes).
Flip each steak and brush with remaining oil & spices. Roast until tender and golden brown.
