Creamy Carrot Soup

This Simple Creamy Carrot Soup is Hearty, Satisfying, Flavorful, and Perfect for those cozy winter nights!


  • 3 Cups Carrots (chopped)

  • 4 Cups Water

  • 1 13.5oz Can Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Add the peeled, washed, and chopped Carrots to a pot, add the water, and bring to a boil.

  • Transfer the boiled carrots to a food processor or blender, add the Coconut Milk & Spices; blend on high speed until a creamy, thick consistency, has been achieved.
