This Simple Creamy Carrot Soup is Hearty, Satisfying, Flavorful, and Perfect for those cozy winter nights!

Ingredients:
3 Cups Carrots (chopped)
4 Cups Water
1 13.5oz Can Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Add the peeled, washed, and chopped Carrots to a pot, add the water, and bring to a boil.
Transfer the boiled carrots to a food processor or blender, add the Coconut Milk & Spices; blend on high speed until a creamy, thick consistency, has been achieved.
