Chewy Chocolate Almond Cookies

No funny ingredients, no long baking time, just a simple flavorful dark chocolate cookie that is chewy and gooey on the inside and will have you coming for doubles, no doubt!



  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Almond Flour, Coconut Sugar, Cacao & Baking Powder.

  • Add the Almond Milk, Melted Coconut Oil, & Vanilla. Mix well.

  • Drop Spoonful's onto a prepared baking sheet (we like using a small cookie scooper)

  • Add a sliced almond in the center of each cookie, squeezing down slightly.
