No funny ingredients, no long baking time, just a simple flavorful dark chocolate cookie that is chewy and gooey on the inside and will have you coming for doubles, no doubt!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Flour
⅛ Cup Cacao Powder
½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
⅛ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Almond Flour, Coconut Sugar, Cacao & Baking Powder.
Add the Almond Milk, Melted Coconut Oil, & Vanilla. Mix well.
Drop Spoonful's onto a prepared baking sheet (we like using a small cookie scooper)
Add a sliced almond in the center of each cookie, squeezing down slightly.
