1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Heaping Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1-2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
A Dash of Salt
3-4 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Place dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well (besides for the chocolate chips)
Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a splash of milk, mix well and add more milk as needed.
Once you have a smooth batter, add the chocolate chips and mix the batter one last time.
Place spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet & bake in a preheated oven 350°F for 10-12 minutes. tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
