My favorite creation so far; It has no added Sugars. It is Vegan. It is Gluten Free. It is Dairy Free. It is Soy Free. It is Egg Free. It is YUMMY! Try it now, Thank me later!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Garbanzo Bean Flour
1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Heaping Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
A Dash of Salt
3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cups Dark Chocolate Chips
Method:
Place dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well (besides for the chocolate chips)
Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a splash of milk, mix well and add more milk as needed.
Once you have a smooth batter, add the chocolate chips and mix the batter one last time.
Place spoonful's on a greased cookie sheet & bake in a preheated oven 350°F for 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
