This one never lasts too long in our house because me and my hubby equally have a slight obsession with it, good thing the ingredients are mostly bananas & oats!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
3 Medium Very Ripe Bananas
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Powder
Optional: 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips, 1/2 Banana for Garnish, Toppings or Mix-Ins of choice.

Method:
Place the oats in a food processor on high speed; and grind well until it is flour consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients in no particular order and blend well.
If the batter is sticky add a few tablespoons of water or almond milk to the mixture. You don't want the batter to be very thick or very runny, a perfect in between as long as it still hold together.
Once you have a smooth batter, you can mix chocolate chips, nuts, or toppings of your choice into the batter, make sure to mix it with a spoon versus the food processor.
I split my batter in half, placed one part in a lightly greased loaf pan and added one banana as a garnish on the top, the second half was mixed with 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and placed in another greased loaf pan.
Place in the oven heated to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 25 minutes. (until a toothpick comes out clean.) tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
