Oil-Free Vanilla Mug Cake

A moist and delicious sweet treat that is easy to whip up and cooks in under two minutes! Topped with Coconut Yogurt, Dairy Free Whipped Cream, or Ice Cream, this makes for the perfect dessert for one! (or two)

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Gluten Free Flour Blend

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar

  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Applesauce

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • ½ Tablespoon Sprinkles

  • Dairy Free Whipped Cream or Coconut Yogurt to top it off

Method:

  • Combine the ingredients in a microwave safe mug or ramekin.

  • Whisk well until there are no lumps leftover.

  • Add the sprinkles and lightly mix.

  • Microwave for 60 seconds if your mug is low and 90 seconds if you are using a taller mug.
