Maca Pistachio Dessert Bars

Your guests will be delighted with my Maca Pistachio Bars, packed with Almonds, Pistachios, and the Highly Nutritious Maca Powder it sure makes for the healthiest dessert around town!




  • In a food processor, pulse the almond flour, maca, and baking powder.

  • Pulse in vanilla & maple syrup.

  • Lastly add the pistachios, pulsing lightly.

  • Press the dough into a prepared 8x8 inch baking dish or pan.

  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
