Your guests will be delighted with my Maca Pistachio Bars, packed with Almonds, Pistachios, and the Highly Nutritious Maca Powder it sure makes for the healthiest dessert around town!
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Maca Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Crushed Pistachios (Unsalted)
In a food processor, pulse the almond flour, maca, and baking powder.
Pulse in vanilla & maple syrup.
Lastly add the pistachios, pulsing lightly.
Press the dough into a prepared 8x8 inch baking dish or pan.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
