This Vegan Chocolate Pistachio Dessert Pie, is Gluten, Oil, Egg, and Dairy Free. It is also raw, sweetened with fruit, and Kosher For Passover! A decadent, rich, and filling dessert that will satisfy people of all ages!
Ingredients:
9oz Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips (you can use sweetened chocolate for a sweeter pie)
2 ¼ Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Cup Medjool Dates (pitted)
1 Cup Roasted, Salted Pistachios (chopped)
Method:
In a Microwave safe dish melt the chocolate and set aside.
Add the Dates and Vanilla Almond Milk to a food processor or blender; blend at high speed.
Combine the Melted Chocolate and Date Paste, mix well.
Pour into a springform pan, smooth the top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Freeze overnight. Slice & Enjoy!
