Chocolate Pistachio Dessert Pie (vegan/gf)

This Vegan Chocolate Pistachio Dessert Pie, is Gluten, Oil, Egg, and Dairy Free. It is also raw, sweetened with fruit, and Kosher For Passover! A decadent, rich, and filling dessert that will satisfy people of all ages!

Ingredients:

Method:

  • In a Microwave safe dish melt the chocolate and set aside.

  • Add the Dates and Vanilla Almond Milk to a food processor or blender; blend at high speed.

  • Combine the Melted Chocolate and Date Paste, mix well.

  • Pour into a springform pan, smooth the top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

  • Freeze overnight. Slice & Enjoy!
