Loaded Berry Superfood Cookie

All the Antioxidants and Vitamin C that you need loaded into a Cookie?! Umm sign me up!

Method:

  • For the cookies; melt the Coconut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla, together in a Microwave Safe Dish or Pot. Stir and set aside.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the Oat Flour, Baking Powder, and Forever Beautiful Berry Powder.

  • Combine the wet and dry mixtures to form a dough.

  • Roll out the dough about ¼ Inch thick. (it works best to roll it between 2 wax papers, this way they do not stick)

  • Cut into circles using a cookie cutter or upside down mason jar.

  • Bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes.

  • Remove cookies from the oven and let it cool off completely.

  • Spread a layer of coconut butter onto each cookie, sprinkle some more superfood goodness and add a raspberry or strawberry in the center. Enjoy! tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
