Healthy Fruit Bread

A yummy fruit bread filled with berries galore, no refined sugars, artificial flavorings or white flour. Perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack with tea.



  • In a blender or food processor; combine the water and dates, blend until smooth.

  • Add the Oat Flour, Baking Powder and blend.

  • Fold in the berries and combine well. **overmixing will result in squashing all the berries so mix carefully.**

  • Divide in 2 small loaf pans or one larger one and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
