These Strawberry Chocolate Cookies are grain free, gluten-free, egg/oil free, kid approved, and irresistibly delicious!
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Fresh Strawberries for topping (I cut the tip of each strawberry)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into balls.
Place it on a prepared cookie sheet; and slightly flatten each cookie with a fork.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Let it completely cool off, add melted chocolate in the center of each cookie, and top with the tip of the strawberries. tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
