These fluffy and healthy pancakes are loaded with all the feel-good nutrients to make up a balanced & filling breakfast. They are naturally gluten & dairy free, and contain no oil.
1 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour Blend
2 Tablespoons Date Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Large Ripe Banana
1 Tablespoon Applesauce
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
Add the flour, date sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon to a bowl, mix together.
In a separate bowl, mash the banana, applesauce, & almond milk.
Combine the wet & dry ingredients; mix the batter until everything is well combined.
Heat up a pan until hot, keep on medium heat.
Add about 2-3 tablespoons of the batter to the hot pan, flipping it every 30 seconds until lightly browned on each side.
