These are Oil, Egg, Dairy, Soy, Gluten, Grain, Caffeine, and Nut Free! Perfect dessert for Kids, Adults, Birthday Parties, Shabbat Dinners, or Midday Pick-Me-Ups!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cups Gluten Free Oat Flour
6 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
2 Tablespoons Carob Powder (cacao powder can be used as an alternative)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1.5 Teaspoons Baking Soda
6 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
6 Tablespoons Almond Milk (oat milk can be used for the nut free version)
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Toppings:
Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream or Banana "Nice" Cream
Sprinkles
Nuts or other Toppings of choice.
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor (in no specific order) and blend well.
Once you have a smooth texture, place about 2 Tablespoons in greased cupcake molds.
Place it in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
