Crunchy Maple Almond Granola (oil free)

Start your day off right with a crunchy and delicious homemade Crunchy Maple Almond Granola! Made with toasted almonds, sweet maple syrup, and a hint of warmth, this granola is perfect for snacking, snacking on the go, or as a topping for your favorite yogurt or oatmeal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • ½ Cup Slivered or chopped Almonds

  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds

  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Optional ¼ Cup Chocolate Chips or other add ins of your choice

Method:

  • In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a lined cookie sheet.

  • Place it in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, toss it well and bake for another 10 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool off and store it in glass jars or containers.


optional add in any other nuts, seeds, cacao nibs or flavorings of choice - if adding chocolate or cacao nibs remember to wait until the granola is fully cooled off or it will melt.
