Crunchy Maple Almond Granola (oil free)

Start your day off right with a crunchy and delicious homemade Crunchy Maple Almond Granola! Made with toasted almonds, sweet maple syrup, and a hint of warmth, this granola is perfect for snacking, snacking on the go, or as a topping for your favorite yogurt or oatmeal.

Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
½ Cup Slivered or chopped Almonds
2 Tablespoons Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
½ Cup Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Optional ¼ Cup Chocolate Chips or other add ins of your choice

Method:
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly on a lined cookie sheet.
Place it in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, toss it well and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool off and store it in glass jars or containers.
optional add in any other nuts, seeds, cacao nibs or flavorings of choice - if adding chocolate or cacao nibs remember to wait until the granola is fully cooled off or it will melt.
