Ingredients:
9 Large Medjool Dates
2 Tablespoons Sunbutter (or any nutbutter/tahini of choice)
5 Large Whole Raw Walnuts
3 Ounces Good Quality Dark Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
¼ Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Method:
Begin by pitting the Medjool dates.
Spread a layer of nut butter evenly in the center of each date.
Place half of a walnut on top of the nut butter.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the walnut.
Sprinkle hemp seeds and Celtic sea salt on top.
Freeze for a few minutes, until the chocolate hardens up, serve and enjoy!
