1 Cup Organic Whole Wheat flour
½ Cup Organic Coconut Sugar
½ Teaspoon Baking powder
¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
5 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Add the Whole Wheat Flour, Coconut Sugar, Baking Powder & Soda to a bowl & mix well.
Add the Coconut Oil, Almond Milk, & Vanilla and combine making sure there are no leftover lumps.
Fold in the Nuts & Chocolate Chips.
Using a small or medium cookie scooper, scoop out equal portions of the dough.
Slightly press down with a fork.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. (15 minutes will get it a bit crispier)
