Roasted Veggies with Vegan Sausage

Colorful, tasty, and full of flavor these roasted veggies are delicious, healthy, and so easy to make!


  • 1 Package Tirat Zvi Plant Based Vegan Sausage

  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper 

  • 2 Red Onions

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Slice the sausage in ¼’' circles, cut the bell peppers and onions in larger slices.

  • Add the veggies and sausage to a baking pan, add olive oil and spices and mix well.

  • Bake for 20-30 minutes at 450°F, toss veggies often to ensure even roasting time.
