Refreshing Hearts of Palm Salad (oil free)

This Refreshing Hearts of Palm Salad, is a real crowd pleaser! It's the PERFECT combination of light yet filling. Great for Shabbos Lunch, BBQ’s, and more!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Fourteen Ounce Cans Hearts of Palm

  • 3 Ten Ounce Containers Cherry Tomatoes

  • 2 Extra Large Avocados

  • 1 Medium Sweet Onion

  • 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro

  • Juice from 1 Lemon

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method:

  • Dice the Hearts of Palm, Cherry Tomatoes, & Onion into small pieces, add to a large bowl.

  • Cube the Avocado & add to the bowl.
