This one is extra creamy, vegan, & deliciously irresistible on caeser salads.
Ok who am I kidding? On any salad really.
1 Cup Raw Cashews (soaked overnight & drained)
1 Cup Water
2 Teaspoons Vegan Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
1 Teaspoon Dulse Flakes or Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Start by placing your pre-soaked & drained cashews to a blender. (I do like using my nutribullet for this recipe)
Add the rest of the ingredients, one at a time.
Blend on high speed, constantly scraping the sides, to ensure a smooth texture.
