No-Bake Almond Butter Bars

These No-Bake Almond Butter Bars are made with just a handful of everyday ingredients and easily prepared. They’re a great homemade treat, breakfast, or snack for the whole family and naturally gluten-free!

Base Ingredients:

Topping Ingredients:

  • 3 Ounces Dark Chocolate

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter

  • Optional Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Method:

  • Melt the Almond Butter and Maple Syrup in a Microwave Safe Bowl for 30 Seconds. (you can also melt it by using the double boil method)

  • Add the flours and mix well to fully combine.

  • Transfer to a flat pan and press down to make it even.

  • For the topping; melt the Dark Chocolate and Almond Butter in a Microwave Safe Bowl for about 30 Seconds. (again, if you do not have a Microwave the Double Boil Method will work as well)

  • Spread over the base, and sprinkle sea salt on top.

  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, slice and Enjoy!
