A simple recipe that makes delicious and healthy cookies to share with your loved ones on Valentine's Day or anytime your heart desires!

Ingredients:
3 Cups Gluten Free Oat Flour
4 Tablespoons Strawberry Powder
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Coconut Butter
1 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Butter for topping
Optional: Pink Sprinkles or other cookie toppings of your choice.

Method:
Melt the Coconut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla, together in a Microwave Safe Dish or Pot. Stir and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the Oat Flour, Baking Powder, and Strawberry Powder.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures to form a dough.
Roll out the dough about ¼ Inch thick. (it works best to roll it between 2 wax papers, this way they do not stick)
Cut into hearts using a cookie cutter.
Bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes.
