Giant Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookie

It’s big, it’s chocolatey, and it’s ready in less than 5 minutes. These Loaded Chocolate Cookies are soft and fudgy and packed with flavor, the perfect end-of-meal dessert!


  • 3 Tablespoons Gluten Free Oat Flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

  • 1/2 Banana (mashed)

  • 2 Tablespoons Cashew Butter

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Milk

  • Handful of Chopped Chocolate


  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

  • Roll between palms to form a ball.

  • Flatten on a microwave safe plate.

  • Add more chocolate chunks on top.
