Garlic Pumpkin Hummus

This smooth and creamy Garlic Pumpkin Hummus comes together in 5 minutes and will make you think twice about store-bought hummus. It is smooth and swirled, and begging to be scooped up onto your favorite cracker, pita, or veggie stick!


  • 2 Cups Cooked Garbanzo Beans

  • 1/2 Cup Aquafaba (chickpea water)

  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Clove Garlic

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Garnish With: More Chickpeas, Paprika, & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.

  • Blend at a high speed until you have achieved a creamy consistency.
