Flourless Almond Brownie Fudge

These Gluten and Dairy Free Brownies are fudgy, moist, and rich with a nutty crunch. They are packed with fiber, no one would ever guess they're made out of black beans!


  • 1 ½ Cups Cooked or Canned Black Beans

  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds

  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips


  • Combine all the ingredients (besides for the almonds and chocolate chips) in a High Speed Blender or Food Processor. Blend until smooth.

  • Add the Chopped Nuts and Chocolate Chips, stir well.

  • Divide between two 10'' X 4'' Loaf Cake Pans.

  • Add more chopped nuts and chocolate chips on top of each loaf.

  • Bake at 350°F for 20 Minutes.

  • Remove from oven, let them cool off, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
