With a rich and decadent creamy filling, and a nutty sugar-free crust, these Creamy Chocolate Coconut Tarts are the perfect dessert or tea-time snack for anyone!
¾ Cup Medjool Dates
¾ Cup Mixed Nuts
¼ Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
In a food processor or high speed blender, blend the Dates, Nuts, & Coconut.
Press into greased tart tins.
Place in the freezer to firm up.
Mix Filling ingredients, place in center of tart shells, freeze or refrigerate for a few hours.
