Creamy Chocolate Coconut Tarts

With a rich and decadent creamy filling, and a nutty sugar-free crust, these Creamy Chocolate Coconut Tarts are the perfect dessert or tea-time snack for anyone!

Tart Ingredients:

  • ¾ Cup Medjool Dates

  • ¾ Cup Mixed Nuts

  • ¼ Cup Shredded Coconut

Filling Ingredients:


  • In a food processor or high speed blender, blend the Dates, Nuts, & Coconut.

  • Press into greased tart tins.

  • Place in the freezer to firm up.

  • Mix Filling ingredients, place in center of tart shells, freeze or refrigerate for a few hours.
