Chocolate Sun Butter Bars

Indulge in our Dark Chocolate Sun Butter Bars, a guilt-free twist on the classic Reese's experience. Free from added sugars, oils, and peanuts, these decadent treats offer rich flavor without compromise. Plus, they're surprisingly simple to make, perfect for healthy snacking on-the-go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Cups Organic Gluten Free Oat Flour

  • 1 ½ Cups Organic Sunflower Seed Butter

  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup

  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

  • A dash of Course Sea Salt

Method:

  • Add the Sun Butter, Maple Syrup, & Vanilla to a Medium Bowl and place it in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix until the mixture is smooth.

  • Add the Oat Flour & stir well until it is fully combined.

  • Press evenly into a square baking pan.

  • Add a layer of melted chocolate and sprinkle some additional chocolate chips & course sea salt.
