These Dark Chocolate Sun Butter Bars taste like Reese's, but without the sugar, oil, or peanuts! The best part? They're very easy to make and perfect for healthy snacking!
1 ½ Cups Organic Gluten Free Oat Flour
1 ½ Cups Organic Sunflower Seed Butter
½ Cup Maple Syrup
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
A dash of Course Sea Salt
Add the Sun Butter, Maple Syrup, & Vanilla to a Medium Bowl and place it in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
Add the Oat Flour & stir well until it is fully combined.
Press evenly into a square baking pan.
Add a layer of melted chocolate and sprinkle some additional chocolate chips & course sea salt.
