Chocolate Sun Butter Bars

These Dark Chocolate Sun Butter Bars taste like Reese's, but without the sugar, oil, or peanuts! The best part? They're very easy to make and perfect for healthy snacking!


  • 1 ½ Cups Organic Gluten Free Oat Flour

  • 1 ½ Cups Organic Sunflower Seed Butter

  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup

  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

  • A dash of Course Sea Salt


  • Add the Sun Butter, Maple Syrup, & Vanilla to a Medium Bowl and place it in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix until the mixture is smooth.

  • Add the Oat Flour & stir well until it is fully combined.

  • Press evenly into a square baking pan.

  • Add a layer of melted chocolate and sprinkle some additional chocolate chips & course sea salt.
