The Ultimate Morning Routine 2022

Do you wake up groggy and hit the snooze button way too many times? Do you dread getting out of bed every morning? Well if your answer is yes, do not fret, you are not alone. Many people struggle with morning routines. The good part? you can follow these six tips for a better nights rest and a happier, more productive morning!

MAKE ALL OF YOUR DECISIONS THE NIGHT BEFORE

A great day starts the night before, you need a clear plan and set goals in place in order to stay on track. My best tip is not to overcrowd your to-do list. Write down 3-4 most important things you want to accomplish and it will be easier to stick to.



GET ENOUGH REST

Again, a successful day starts the night before, sleep does wonders for your mind, body, & soul. Aim for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted rest for the ultimate productive, happy, and all around amazing day. My best tip is to go to bed at the same time every night. It will be easy for your body to remember and stick to for a long term plan.



HYDRATE BEFORE CAFFEINATE

Flush your body with a glass of pure, filtered, water before grabbing that cup of coffee. We all know that caffeine dehydrates you, it's important to replenish your body with hydrating fluids after a full nights rest. My best tip is to keep a water bottle right next to your bed so you can start sipping as soon as you wake up!



SWEAT IT OUT

EAT A NOURISHING BREAKFAST

I do not believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I believe that all meals are equally important. That being said, I do believe that if you start your day with something healthy and nutritious you are more likely to make good choices for the rest of the day!
