This guide is specifically designed for those who are coming from a sedentary lifestyle and looking to take that very first step towards a happier, healthier, leaner, and more active way of living.


If you have never worked out before, or haven’t in a while, It is of utmost importance to work out for at least 2-4 weeks in order to build up stamina and a good foundation for harder routines to come.


The MAIN goal is to help you build up the habit of moving your body every day.

With only two moves per day at a total of ten minutes, this basic guide will help with building endurance and stamina to tackle more advanced exercises later on.


All you need is your body, a flat surface, a timer, and of course a positive attitude!
