Mulberry Chocolate Bark

A simple 2 ingredient recipe for chocolate lovers near and far. With two simple ingredients you can create a tasty treat for when that sweet tooth kicks in. Add your favorite mix-ins to create your own twist!



  • 6-8 Ounces Dark Chocolate (any chocolate/chocolate chips can be used as well)

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Mulberries

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Goldenberries

Optional: Flaky Sea Salt for topping


  • Using a sharp knife, finely chop the chocolate.

  • In a microwave safe dish heat the chopped chocolate one minute at a time, stirring occasionally until it is melted.

  • Pour the melted chocolate on to a flat lined or non-stick pan and and spread to form a flat rectangle or circle.

  • Sprinkle the White Mulberries and Goldenberries over the chocolate.

  • Add any other toppings and Flaky Sea Salt if you choose to.

  • Freeze for a minimum of 20 minutes, until firm.
