The name says it all. Made with oats, cinnamon, & maple syrup, these oatmeal cookies are not only simple to make; but like I said deliciously irresistible!
1.5 Cups Oat Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Powder or Extract
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1/2 Cup +2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Drop Tablespoon-fulls onto a prepared cookie sheet and lightly press down with a fork.
