Homemade Almond Butter

This homemade Almond Butter is extra-smooth, creamy, healthy, delicious, and the most exciting part? It's oil-free!

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 °F.

  • Spread the Almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer, sprinkle with salt.

  • Place in the oven for about 10 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and allow it to cool off.

  • Blend in a high powered blender or food processor.

  • Pause to scrape down the sides.

  • Keep blending for a creamier consistency.
