I created this simple gluten free, crust for my creamy vanilla bean cheesecake; however it can definitely be used for any dessert pie! Not very crumbly like your typical graham cracker crust but; full of delicious flavors, cinnamon and maple, tastes like a cookie even on its own. yum.
1.5 Cups Oat Flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Water
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Add to a greased round pan and flatten evenly.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, add your favorite fillings and enjoy! I filled it with the vegan vanilla bean cheesecake. tried this recipe? don't forget to drop a comment and photo below!
