This recipe for Cinnamon Baked Apples is healthy, simple and easy to make! Enjoy these cinnamon apples on their own or serve them up over cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, or however you like!
4 Red Apples
2 Tablespoons Heaven and Earth Date Sugar
4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon Ginger
Slice the apples into ½ Inch slices
Combine the melted Coconut Oil, Date Sugar, Cinnamon, & Ginger.
Toss the Sliced Apples in the combined mixture.
Add to a baking dish or pan and bake at 400 F for 25 Minutes.
