Adapting to a plant based lifestyle is such a fun way for me to explore and experiment with non-traditional veggies. I'm not sure how this one came about; but I kinda like the results.

Ingredients:
1 Large Napa Cabbage Head
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Serving Creamy Maple Balsamic Dressing
Salt & Pepper to taste


Method:
Wash, Dry, and Cut the Napa Cabbage in half (lengthwise).
Brush each half with olive oil or coat evenly with spray oil.
Place it in the oven at 450° F and bake for 5 minutes on each side.
Remove the steaks from oven, pour the Balsamic Dressing over each half.
Place it in the oven on Broil for another 5 minutes.
